Judgment Collection Advice

Judgment Collections

We previously provided collection services on accounts that already had judgment obtained. We however regret to inform our current and prospective customers that we will no longer provide any collections services directly. We will be providing links and/or other contact information for companies in our referral pool on the "links" area of our website.

Process Serving Procedures

Process Serving

We provide process serving for most of the major Kansas City Metro area. This includes areas in Jackson & Clay counties in Missouri as well as areas in Johnson & Wyandotte counties in Kansas. The charge for this service is $25.00 per summons. The charge for other counties surrounding the Kansas City Metro area is $35.00 per summons. If there is a service emergency and the client needs same day service, the charge is higher depending on the type of service, the area and the number of attempts needed to complete the job. All summons receive at least 3 attempts with most receiving 5 attempts. There is no charge for no service. If for any reason we feel that we cannot provide the service that you need, we will let you know and outsource the work for you with your approval.

We have many other searches available and access to billions of records. Just tell us what you would like done, and we’ll tell you if it can be done and how much it will cost. Also, we will provide discounts for larger single orders and high volume clients. We feel if you compare our rates to anyone else offering the same services, you will find us well below the average. ALL RESULTS GUARANTEED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Most searches are returned within 24 hours. Orders can be submitted via fax, phone, mail, or e-mail. It is always helpful to provide as much information as possible, but we can work with as little as a name and a city in most cases.
