FAQ 1

How much information is necessary to perform a search on someone?

It is possible to search with as little as a name, however, if the name is very common like Smith, Brown, Johnson or Martin (etc.), it may be more difficult if not impossible. Obviously, the best results come with the most information provided at the beginning of the search. The most important thins are: Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth and previous or current Address. Any 2 of these things provided should give us access to the rest of the information.

FAQ 5

If I have judgment on someone, why can't I get my money?

Unfortunately, most people get the idea that if they take someone to court and are awarded a judgment the person has to pay up right away or within a specific time period. That usually isn't how it works. If you do get the judgment, then it is up to you to find the assets of the defendant and either hire an attorney or file the proper motions to attach those assets to satisfy your judgment. This can be a daunting task. Most people find it easier to then turn the judgment over to a professional to find the assets and have them attached.

What if I have judgment on someone and I want to use your services, but I don't want to place the account with you for collections?

Then you can just tell us what you want and we'll perform those searches for you.
